Some product lines, like Shoei, HJC, Power Trip and Joe Rocket for example, have Minimum Advertised Price policies. These manufacturers will refuse to sell to us if we show a price too
far below their suggested retail. Fortunately they are
not allowed to "fix" our actual sales price, but you do have to call
or write to find out what it is.
How do I get your best price?
For Minimum Advertised Price items like
Shoei, HJC, Joe Rocket, Power Trip, etc, you must call or email for our
lowest prices. (This is the manufacturer's policy, sorry folks.) We
will also give you our Discount Code which allows you to place your
order online at our lowest price. Place the item(s) you'd like in the
shopping cart, type the Discount Code in the Apply Code box, hit the
Apply Code button and the shopping cart will refresh with our actual
sales price. Sure beats those "free" shipping offers!
What is your return policy?
Should you order an incorrect item, you have 10 days
from
the delivery date (as determined by the UPS delivery information) to
exchange or return it. Log into your account, select the item you wish
to return or exchange, and submit a request for an RMA. No returns will
be accepted without a valid RMA. The item you are returning must
be in brand new original condition with all manufacturer's labels and
packaging.
This also means that items like shocks, tires and exhaust pipes must
not have been installed. Do not use the product box (if applicable) as
a shipping container. Do not ship COD, we will refuse your package.
There is a $5.00 exchange fee plus the shipping charge for the new
item. Items
that originally qualified for free shipping (e.g tires or parts over $500)
will be charged $10 shipping for the replacement item(s). If
you want to return an item and not reorder there is a 15% restocking
fee. Original shipping charges are not
refundable. If you need to return or exchange an item, log in to your account, go to your Order History, and request a Return Authorisation for the item in question. There are no returns or exchanges on close-out merchandise.
How much do you charge for shipping?
UPS Ground shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your order.
Faster shipping is available (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or US
Mail), prices vary so please ask for a quote if needed.
